I had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel near L'Aquila. The spacious, modern room in the annex was perfect, and I loved being close to the swimming pool. The breakfast spread was immense and the on-site restaurant served mouthwatering food, including amazing steak. The hotel even catered to motorbikers with dedicated parking. I highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and delicious meals.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its attention to detail and warm hospitality. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money, as the prices were very reasonable for the quality of service provided. The location in the valley with snow-capped peaks added a picturesque touch to my stay, making it a truly memorable experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable stay, making me feel like a valued guest. The basic amenities were well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable with excellent air conditioning and fresh towels. I particularly loved the quirky furnishings and the balcony in my room, which offered a lovely view. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was truly amazing, surpassing any other I had during my trip to Italy.

We loved the peaceful location of the hotel nestled among the Gran Sasso mountains with snow capped peaks. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impeccable, and we appreciated the convenience of the parking. We were able to easily travel to different places in this city thanks to the hotel's transportation. The breakfast spread was extremely generous, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

We recently stayed at La Compagnia Del Viaggiatore and had an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their wonderful service. Despite their poor English skills, they went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, including helping us start our car when it wouldn't start. The modern room in the annex was spacious and conveniently located near the swimming pool. The breakfast offered an immense variety of delicious options, and we were thoroughly impressed with the on-site restaurant. The beds by the pool were especially comfortable, with double cushions for added relaxation. As a parting gift, we were even given a bottle of wine. we found the hotel to be excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, fantastic amenities, and great value for money.

My mixed grill and salad at the hotel's restaurant was not fresh, nor appetizing. Did not eat it all, and was not in the mood to complain.

* Don't count on wifi, even though you are kindly given login codes for 3 devices (which is a pretty good service, had the wifi worked) * The beds were a bit hard, but we noticed that in almost all Italian accommodations (Italian standard...?) * Unfortunately, the once beautiful L'Aquila-town centre is still in ruines * If you're being picky, the lounge could have a bigger selection of drinks (e.g. more cocktails & whisky's)
